5 Steps to Rationalize Your Surgical Device Procurement: A Conmed Equipment Buyer's Checklist

Step 4: Verify Compatibility and Integration—Before You Commit

Common Mistakes to Avoid

Don't assume “standard” means compatible. We once bought a patient monitor that claimed compatibility with our central station. It worked—but required a different software version. The integration cost us $1,800 in IT consulting fees. Verify, don't assume.
