Don’t Order Conmed Parts Without a Service Manual (I Learned This the $1,200 Way)

If you’re ordering parts for any surgical or imaging system—especially Conmed gear—and you haven’t pulled the service manual first, you’re probably going to waste money.

If you’re working under extreme time pressure and can’t access the manual before ordering, at least call the manufacturer’s technical support and verify with a human.
